1. Our Plant Nursery Standards

Welcome to Bloomfield Garden Centre. We pride ourselves on offering healthy, locally grown plants and high-quality outdoor supplies. By purchasing from our garden shop or nursery, you agree to these simple terms. We continually monitor our stock to ensure every flower, shrub, and tree meets our strict horticultural standards.

2. Plant Availability & Seasonal Changes

Because plants are living things, our inventory changes with the seasons and the weather. While we strive to maintain accurate lists of available pots, tools, and greenery, specific varieties may sell out quickly during busy planting seasons. If a specific plant is unavailable, our nursery staff will happily recommend a suitable alternative for your outdoor space.

3. Returns & Plant Guarantees

We want your garden to thrive. Our return policy is divided into two categories to best serve our visitors:

• Living Plants: If a plant appears unhealthy shortly after purchase, please contact us within 7 days. We ask that you provide a photograph so our horticultural team can offer care advice or arrange a replacement.
• Garden Supplies: Non-living items such as tools, empty pots, and unopened compost bags can be returned in their original condition within 30 days with a valid receipt.

4. Visiting the Garden Centre

We aim to keep our outdoor pathways and glasshouses safe and accessible. However, as a working plant nursery, some surfaces may be uneven or damp. We kindly ask all visitors to wear sensible footwear and supervise young children closely near our water features and delicate plant displays.
